Participant Terms & Conditions, AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market Online 2023
- I/we understand we will not manually upload artworks until DAAF staff have sent confirmation that artworks have been uploaded and I/we have checked and approved all artworks uploaded by DAAFF staff are complete and correct.
- I/we understand final approval of the uploaded artwork data is made when the artwork status is changed from Draft to Published by the Art Centre staff (with approval by Art Centre manager).
- I/we agree that the artworks displayed in our online Art Centre exhibition space will be shown exclusively at AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market Online 2023.
- I/we understand that AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market hosts reserves the right to remove artworks that are deemed of poor standard, poor image quality, or display a lack of provenance.
- I/we agree to manage our online Art Centre exhibition space from 7-17 December 2023, including weekends, and will reply to enquiries within 24 hours.
- I/we understand that our Art Centre is responsible for managing all returns, refunds, exchanges and disputes, shipping/delivery, customer enquiries or any sales related issues in relation to artwork in AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market Online 2023.
- I/we accept that AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market takes no responsibility for the freighting of artwork and that all freight, and associated costs, including insurance, must be coordinated directly between the Art Centre and customer.
