Postage

Packaging and postage within Australia is included in the sale price. If you require international shipping, please contact us via email or phone.

A street address is required for delivery (not a PO Box), along with your email address and mobile phone number.

Artworks are dispatched as quickly as possible, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times for domestic postage depend on the size of the package and may take ten days to four weeks to arrive.  International shipping can take up to eight weeks.

Postage Within Australia

Domestic orders are sent with Australia Post or FedX depending on the size of the artworks. All artworks are fully insured and include a tracking number.

Shipping International

International orders are shipped via FedX, fully insured and include a tracking number. Delivery time can be up to eight weeks.

Every effort is made to package your special piece to endure the long journey from Uluru. If the outside of your package is damaged on delivery, please photograph it before opening. If the artwork is damaged, please contact Maruku as soon as possible to discuss.

Refunds

Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind. If you would like further information regarding an artwork, please email or call the friendly team at Maruku.

Exchanges 

Items will be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email [email protected].
