Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Sales items (and their postage costs) will only be refunded/replaced in the instance of major faults/defects.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item,

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  We recommend that you return
your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier.  We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit &; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of
insurance with your postal carrier. Ngarga Warendj will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
