Triscilla Petyarr Peterson

Triscilla Peterson is an emerging artist with a growing career. She is the daughter of Annette Peterson, another well-known Epenarra artist painting with Barkly Regional Arts. Triscilla began painting consistently in 2018, and progressed rapidly to taking on larger canvases and more experimental works. Triscilla’s paintings are filled with whimsical and imaginative details, depicting the natural environment around her home and the activities of daily life there. She often uses an intriguing combination of realism and traditional pattern-based dot-making, resulting in an element of abstraction in her landscapes.
