My name is Jarius Ganawa, I was born in Darwin . I am from Oenpelli community , I was taught by old people to do painting. My grandfather was an artist and my mother is from oenpelli and she speak (kunwinku) and my father is from Goulburn Island and speak Mawng . Now im living at Pirlangimpi Melville Island on tiwi island with my girl friend Christine and we both working at Munupi art centre doing what we love is painting.
