The work of Waramungu artist Janet Thompson is inspired both by traditional cultural knowledge and by elements of modern life. Janet is best known for her deft combination of pattern and colour to create vibrant abstract works. She is meditative in her process, carefully rendering rich, rhythmic patterns.
