About Yarrenyty Arltere Artists & Tangentyere Artists
Tangentyere Artists is an Aboriginal owned and run not-for-profit Art Centre in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), NT. ‘Tangentyere’ is an Arrernte word which means coming together, working together - and that’s exactly what we do. We support emerging and established Town Camp artists through our studio, gallery, outreach program and online store. We also work with Indigenous artists visiting town from remote communities, offering a safe place where people can sit down to paint. Tangentyere Artists celebrates culture and is committed to ethical and sustainable practice. We are renowned for figurative paintings and support innovative forms of Indigenous storytelling through art, embracing tradition and the contemporary.
Shipping policy
- Domestic orders: Shipping is included in the total sale price.
- International orders: We will contact you and invoice for additional shipping costs once you have completed the purchase. Please get in touch if you would like an estimate or have any questions.
- Please note that paintings will be shipped unstretched and rolled unless specified otherwise in the artwork description.
Refund policy
Tangentyere Artists does not issue refunds or returns for change of mind. If an item does not match what you ordered or is damaged please contact us and we will assess the situation, processing a refund and return where appropriate.
Return policy
- AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market and Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation takes no responsibility for the cancellation, return or exchange of any purchases made at the 2022 online AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market. All cancellations, returns or exchange requests must be directed to the Art Centre/Participant/Vendor where the purchase was made.
