Shipping policy
All products final price includes shipping within Australia if multiple purchases are made a refund will be issued on extra shipping charges. International parcels will need an extra charge of $15 and once again if multiple purchases are made a refund on the extra shipping charges.
It is important for us that you receive your purchase as soon as possible. All packages are sent in a box and you will be supplied with a tracking Number once sent. We ship to all countries accepted by Australia Post.
Shipping within Australia: Included in all items (2-7) business days
Shipping outside of Australia: an extra $15 from included postage usually arrives within (8-9) business days
Dispatch Days:
With the large number of orders that are happening at the moment, there may be delays but all orders will be dispatched in approx 7-10 business days, whereupon you will receive a tracking number for your purchase. To ensure your order gets to you within enough time for Christmas, all packages within Australia will be sent EXPRESS at no extra cost.
Refund policy
If you are not completely happy with the items you received, please contact us asap so we can work with you for the best outcome. All returns must have a return form which includes the return ID number. To receive your return ID number/form you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, We must receive your returned item within 14 days of issuing return ID number. Unfortunately due to health regulations earrings can not be exchanged or refunded. The postage on all returns are the responsibility of the purchaser and we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.

We go to great care to make sure that the goods are packed with every care and attention to detail but if for some reason your goods have arrived damaged please contact us with in 48 hours for us to arrange a replacement or refund.
