Shipping policy

• Handling time: Due to staff capacity, your order will be posted between December 10th and December20th. This allows our incredibly small team 7-10 business days to process and pack all orders after the art fair has concluded, while we continue to support artists in the studio and our day-to-day operations. Ceramic artworks take time to pack and post and we thank you for your understanding and patience while we work through our online orders.
• Domestic orders: Shipping has been included in the total sale price.Larger works are posted using a courier and smaller works through Australia Post. Postage includes signature on delivery.
• International orders: We will contact you and invoice for additional shipping costs once you have completed the purchase. Please get in touch if you would like an estimate or have any questions.
• Tracking: will be emailed to you once your order has been posted in late December
