Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Policy – The cost of standard domestic shipping is included in the artwork price. Shipment processing time – All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders can only be shipped twice a week due to our remote location. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. If expedited shipping is required, please contact us to arrange.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping Policy – Please contact us for a quote on international shipping.
Refund policy
Milingimbi cannot issue refunds unless work has been damaged or broken.
If there is damage to your work on arrival, please photograph packaging and work and email [email protected] to make arrangements for refund.
