Kirralaa Designs
Kirralaa Designs is a mother-daughter artistic duo based on Ngunnawal/Ngambri country (Canberra). Helen Moran and Dindima Huckle-Moran are both of the Wiradjuri and Wongaibon nations in central NSW. Helen Moran is a member of the Stolen Generation and throughout her life has become an accomplished activist of the Stolen Generation. Helen was the former co-chair of the National Sorry Day Committee. Helen was also integral in bringing about the National Apology to the Stolen Generation in 2008. Both Helen and Dindima are both visual and performing artists, specialising in cross cultural educational resources through music, art and dance. Dindima and Helen started Kirralaa this year with the intention of telling their families story and express their Wiradjuri-Wongaibon cultural knowledge through visual art. Kirralaa is a Wiradjuri word meaning Star. Helen and Dindima see stars and the way they connect all Aboriginal nations and dialects through dreamtime stories as one of the most important aspects of Aboriginal culture. Helen and Dindima's art is heavily based on dreamtime stories and songlines such as the Seven Sisters (Dindima) The Rainbow Serpent (Ngalyod). Dindima's artwork features the use of Aboriginal idioms and English words that have been 'reclaimed' and used as terms of empowerment for mob such as 'deadly' 'lubly' and 'gammin'. Dindima believes that normalising popular figures of speech through art is a way to empower modern Aboriginal culture, especially for our youth.

Shipping policy
Your order will be dispatched within 4-9 business days. Within those 4-9 business days you will receive a tracking number. Parcels to New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria will arrive within 4-9 business days. Parcels to South Australia and Tasmania will arrive within 5 – 10 business days. Parcels to the Northern Territory and Western Australia will arrive within 6 – 10 business days.
Refund policy
Kirralaa Designs will provide a refund if the product is damaged in transit. All refund requests must be submitted within three business days of receiving your parcel. Your request for a refund must be submitted in an email to [email protected] with photo evidence of product fault and your receipt attached in the email. Please allow up to ten business days to receive your full refund in your bank account.
Return policy
