Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
It is the policy of Cape York Art that:
Domestic Shipping Policy – Free standard domestic shipping only. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Tracking number will be provided for your purchase. Due to our regional location, orders can only be shipped once a week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
International Shipping Policy – Contact us for your quote on express or international shipping including insurance.

If you’re looking for a refund/exchange of your order, we’re here to help!
Return the product to us for an exchange within 30 (thirty) days and we can either exchange with an equivalent product or refund your payment into the original account used to make the purchase. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Returned items must have all original documentation and be returned in original packaging. Returned items must be in their original condition and have no visible signs of wear, use or damage.

Please note: Shipping your returned item is at your cost.
Please note: Items damaged or lost in transit need to be covered by making a claim through the shipping provider.
Cape York Art reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met, or in the case of excessive returns.
